Mehrdad graduated from Iran University of Medical Sciences (IUMS) in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He later pursued further education in the United States and earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree in 2022 from the University of North Georgia (UNG). In 2015, he also completed a Mastership in Manual Therapy at the European School of Manual Therapy in Florence, Italy. Mehrdad is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS), having successfully passed the rigorous examination from the American Physical Therapy Association in March 2025.

With a strong passion for education, Dr. Bahramian has trained over 5,000 physical therapists in Dry Needling and more than 2,000 therapists in Manual Therapy in Iran. He has also published academic articles in the field of physical therapy, which are available on his Google Scholar profile.
Mehrdad currently resides in Ashburn, Virginia, with his wife and daughter. In his personal time, he enjoys reading, walking, teaching, and cooking.
