TJC Concierge operates independently from Medicare, meaning we do not have any contracts or affiliations with the program. While some Medicare Advantage plans may offer out-of-network benefits, traditional Medicare Part B, as well as Medicare Secondary and Supplemental plans, do not allow for reimbursement of our services. As a result, we do not bill Medicare, and clients are unable to submit claims for reimbursement under these plans. If you’re a Medicare patient, any of our 18 clinic locations in Northern Virginia would be happy to treat you!

This can be submitted directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network coverage. We’re happy to assist you with this process to ensure you get the most from your insurance benefits.

Your first appointment with The Jackson Clinics Concierge Physical Therapy is designed to be comprehensive and personalized. Our board-certified therapist will come to your home, conduct a thorough evaluation of your medical history and current condition, and develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. The session will include hands-on treatment, utilizing advanced techniques and therapeutic exercises, with clear communication throughout to ensure your comfort and understanding. This convenient, in-home experience sets the foundation for your recovery and wellness journey.

TJC Concierge was designed with the busy Virginian in mind. Our patients range from executives with demanding schedules, parents who would rather spend time with their kids, post-operative patients who can’t easily get to-and-from appointment, and patients with sensitive conditions who would prefer care in the privacy of their home. Our team’s aim is to deliver the highest quality of care while saving you time and the headache of communiting to PT sessions each week.

At TJC Concierge, we go beyond the traditional clinic setting to meet you where you are. We provide mobile physical therapy services that come directly to your door—whether at your home, gym, workplace, local park, or even via telehealth. Our goal is to offer convenient, high-quality care in the environment where you feel most comfortable. We also partner with select gyms and corporate locations, giving you flexible options for treatment. We know that movement happens everywhere, and we’re here to support you wherever you need us.

At TJC Concierge, your care begins with a comprehensive evaluation and a detailed review of your medical history, all for an initial fee of $349. Follow-up sessions are just $249 each, providing a full 60 minutes of personalized, 1-on-1 care with your Board-Certified Doctor of Physical Therapy. Best of all, we bring our expertise directly to you, whether in the comfort of your home or office.
