Dr. Kat Hayes earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2017, where she also completed a post-baccalaureate graduate certificate in the Virginia Leadership Education Program in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (Va-LEND). She further advanced her expertise through an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency with The Jackson Clinics and became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2020. A Direct Access Provider and dedicated member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2017, she is committed to delivering expert, patient-centered care.Professional Role & Specialties:
As an Orthopedic and Pediatric Specialist for TJC Concierge, Kat provides elite, personalized care to patients of all ages, from young athletes to adults with orthopedic conditions. She has a particular passion for pediatric rehabilitation, working with children and adolescents to address sports injuries, neurodevelopmental disorders, gait abnormalities, and musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Dr. Hayes is also specialized in 3D running analysis, using advanced movement assessment to improve performance, enhance running efficiency, reduce pain, and prevent injury. Additionally, she is highly skilled in hippotherapy, incorporating equine-assisted therapy into treatment when beneficial for her pediatric patients. One of the most unique aspects of Kat’s practice is Falcon, her fully trained facility service dog, who plays a special role in patient care. Falcon provides comfort, motivation, and engagement during therapy sessions, creating a more supportive and enjoyable rehabilitation experience for patients who are comfortable with animal-assisted therapy.Fun Facts:

Dr. Phil Ratliff, PT, DPT, OCS
Board Certified – Orthopedic Clinical Specialist / Vestibular Specialist
Education:
Phil earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University in 2012 after completing his undergraduate degree in Exercise Sports Science with a minor in Psychology at the University of Tulsa in 2009. Committed to advancing his expertise, he obtained a specialty certification in Vestibular Therapy and Rehabilitation in 2012. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), including its Orthopedic and Neurology Sections and the Vestibular/Dizziness Special Interest Group.Professional Role & Specialties:
As a Board-Certified Orthopedic and Vestibular Specialist for TJC Concierge, Phil provides expert, one-on-one care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and vestibular disorders. He has worked closely with top orthopedic surgeons, including those from the Steadman-Hawkins Clinic, treating a diverse patient population ranging from high school athletes to geriatric patients. Phil is especially passionate about vestibular rehabilitation, helping individuals suffering from vertigo, dizziness, imbalance, and other vestibular disorders regain stability and confidence. He has extensive experience treating conditions such as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), unilateral and bilateral vestibular loss, Meniere’s disease, and central nervous system disorders. His expertise allows him to deliver concierge-level care in the patient’s home, workplace, or preferred setting, ensuring a personalized rehabilitation experience.Fun Facts:

Dr. Rob Sigler, PT, DPT, OCS
Board Certified – Orthopedic Clinical Specialist / Foot, Ankle, Running Specialist
Education:
Dr. Rob Sigler earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2011 and completed an Orthopedic Residency Program in 2012, becoming a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Direct Access Provider. Further advancing his expertise, he completed a Foot & Ankle Fellowship in 2018-2019, giving him a comprehensive understanding of lower extremity biomechanics, running mechanics, and post-surgical rehabilitation. A dedicated educator and mentor, Rob plays an active role in TJC’s residency and fellowship programs, sharing his expertise with the next generation of physical therapists. He is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS), ensuring he stays at the forefront of advancements in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.Professional Role & Specialties:
As the Running Specialist for TJC Concierge, Dr. Sigler is passionate about helping runners of all levels improve performance, prevent injuries, and recover from lower extremity conditions. His background in 3D motion capture technology for running analysis allows him to identify movement inefficiencies and tailor rehabilitation and performance programs to each runner’s unique needs. With his Foot & Ankle Fellowship training, he specializes in orthopedic foot surgeries, neural pathologies, custom orthotic prescription, and lower extremity injury prevention. He is also certified in trigger point dry needling, which he integrates into treatment plans to enhance recovery and optimize movement. Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Rob is committed to global outreach, having provided physical therapy services in Ethiopia and Kenya, and continues to support these international programs.Fun Facts:

Dr. AB Yadav, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS
Board Certified – Orthopedic Clinical Specialist / Upper Extremity Specialist
Education:
Dr. Abhinav Yadav began his education at the University of Delhi and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Sports Physical Therapy from the University of Amritsar. He continued his studies in the U.S., earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Utica College in New York, his Board Certification in Orthopedics and completing an Upper Extremity Athlete Fellowship. After completion of the fellowship, AB was accepted into the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Therapists, which is an elite group with fewer than 200 members in the world. Dedicated to his profession both in clinic and on the ¬field, AB is also a skilled mentor and educator, serving as a faculty member in the Upper Extremity Athlete Fellowship program, and both Orthopedic and Sports Residency programs at TJC.Professional Role & Specialties:
Dr. Yadav is a dedicated Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) with a deep commitment to the field of physical therapy. He holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification, allowing him to incorporate performance optimization into his rehabilitation plans. Additionally, Dr. Yadav is certified in dry needling, Blood Flow Restriction, and Kinesiotaping, which he uses to enhance recovery and alleviate pain for his patients. In 2018, Dr. Yadav was selected for the prestigious Kevin Wilks Traveling Fellowship with the APTA Sports Section, an experience that enriched his global understanding of sports rehabilitation and further developed his clinical expertise.Global Experience & Sports Coverage:

Dr. Emily Horst graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in 2017, following her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the same institution. As a Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist and Climbing Specialist at TJC Concierge, Dr. Horst combines her passion for sports and orthopedic rehabilitation with her expertise in rock climbing injuries. She helps athletes—especially climbers—recover from injuries and enhance their performance, drawing on her own experience in the sport to inform her treatment approach. Dr. Horst is certified in dry needling and blood flow restriction therapy, which she integrates into treatment plans to improve healing, reduce pain, and optimize recovery for her patients. Dr. Leila Khatouri, PT, DPT, OCS
Board Certified – Orthopedic Clinical Specialist / Pelvic Health Specialist
Education:
Dr. Leila Khatouri earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University in May 2016, following her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from the University of Virginia. She has been an active member of the APTA since 2013. Dr. Khatouri completed the Orthopedic Residency Program at TJC in 2019, earning her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification. She has since pursued advanced training in Pelvic Health, completing several certification courses through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute. She now leads the pelvic health program for TJC based on her expertise and teaching/mentoring skills.Professional Role & Specialties:
As a Pelvic Health and Orthopedic Specialist at TJC Concierge, Dr. Khatouri offers expert care in both musculoskeletal rehabilitation and pelvic health. She enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic injuries and post-operative conditions in patients of all ages, ensuring they recover and regain strength to return to active lives. Her specialty in pelvic health focuses on women’s health, particularly in the areas of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and ongoing pelvic health through the lifespan. Dr. Madalyn Lagos, PT, DPT, OCS

Madalyn earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University. She further specialized through a board-accredited residency at The Jackson Clinics, earning her Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. This advanced residency equipped her with extensive knowledge and skills in treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions, with an emphasis on manual therapy and a holistic approach to patient care.Professional Role & Specialties:
In addition to her orthopedic specialization, Madalyn is a skilled pelvic floor physical therapist. She is passionate about supporting individuals during pregnancy and postpartum, empowering them to achieve their health and wellness goals. Dr. Wilkins is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and specializes in baseball and sports-related injuries at TJC Concierge. Before transitioning to physical therapy, Dr. Wilkins worked as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer for 3 years, honing his skills in exercise prescription and fitness training.
