Jeff earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from American International College, where he also served as a Graduate Assistant in the campus intramural and recreational department. Before that, he completed his undergraduate studies at the College of Charleston, earning a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Athletic Training. During this time, he worked closely with collegiate sports teams, gaining hands-on experience in rehabilitation and treatment. Committed to expanding his expertise in healthcare operations and business strategy, Jeff went on to obtain
Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Louisiana Tech University.
As Chief Operating Officer of TJC Concierge, an elite out-of-network physical therapy practice, Jeff plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, high-quality care for patients in the comfort of their homes, workplaces, and sports fields. He is instrumental in developing innovative service models, optimizing patient experience, and leading a team of expert providers who specialize in one-on-one, concierge-level care.
Clinically, Jeff brings extensive expertise in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, with specialties that include blood flow restriction therapy, post-operative care, vestibular and vertigo treatment. He is also fully certified in dry needling through Myopain Seminars. As a leader within TJC Concierge, he serves as a key mentor for physical therapy students and new hires, helping to uphold the company’s high standards of clinical excellence.
A lifelong athlete and competitor, Jeff is an avid golfer and multi-sport intramural champion.
