TMJ/Headaches

TMJ & Headaches Physical Therapy

What Is TMJ & Headaches Physical Therapy?

TMJ and headache physical therapy targets the muscles, joints, and tissues of the jaw, neck, and head to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve overall quality of life. Our therapists use advanced manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and education to address the underlying causes of pain and tension.

TMJ and headache

"I went to them for a pinched nerve in my neck. I wasn't too optimistic that I would see improvement in my condition, but after a couple of months, all my symptoms have resolved. Three months ago, I was sure I would need surgery to alleviate my pain and discomfort, and now, I'm back to normal!"

"Chelsea McNally, she is an amazing therapist. Anyone with TMJ I suggest to please visit her. She surely can improve your jaw movement and the exercises are very good. I felt a good improvement after her treatment. Before her, I visited normal therapists but it didn't improve my jaw movement. Later, I heard about her from my TMJ doctor and she focused on my jaw whereas others focus on normal neck exercises."

"I first met Chelsea McNally in January 2020 for pain and mobility issues with my jaw--and she made my jaw and face feel better than ever in my adult life. I learned a TON from Chelsea about how to get my jaw healthy and help keep it that way. I know everyone's case is different and our experiences will vary, but I was just thrilled with the success in my case, and I hope other jaw patients find the same relief! Chelsea's treatment and guidance were crucial and empowering, and I am glad I put my jaw in her hands."
