How does TJC Concierge work?

Providing you with an exceptional experience is TJC Concierge’s top priority. This personalized experience begins with our concierge specialists, who will learn about your unique needs and pair you with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in treating conditions like yours. From there, you will enjoy the highest level of care delivered to your preferred location, while our administrative team provides you with medical Superbills that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement.

Where are sessions hosted?

At TJC Concierge, we go beyond the traditional clinic setting to meet you where you are. We provide mobile physical therapy services that come directly to your door—whether at your home, gym, workplace, local park, or even via telehealth. Our goal is to offer convenient, high-quality care in the environment where you feel most comfortable. We also partner with select gyms and corporate locations, giving you flexible options for treatment. We know that movement happens everywhere, and we’re here to support you wherever you need us.

Do I need any equipment?

Part of the concierge experience is that we will provide every piece of equipment needed for you to enjoy exceptional clinical results. Our team will bring the equipment to you, leveraging the latest clinical research to deliver the results you deserve.

Will you coordinate with my doctors?

At TJC Concierge, we aim to elevate your care experience to a whole new level. We will help you reach your health and wellness goals while collaborating with your entire care team—including your physicians, personal trainers, family members, massage therapists, chiropractors, and more. With our concierge care model, we are able to dedicate more time and attention to you. We work closely with you to ensure you’re an active participant in your own health journey, helping you fully understand your treatment options and their impact.

What to expect at my first appointment?

Your first appointment with TJC Concierge Physical Therapy is designed to be comprehensive and personalized. Your board-certified therapist will come to you, conduct a thorough evaluation of your medical history and current condition, and develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. The session will include hands-on treatment, utilizing advanced techniques and therapeutic exercises, with clear communication throughout to ensure your comfort and understanding. This convenient, in-home experience sets the foundation for your recovery and wellness journey.

How much does it cost?

At TJC Concierge, we are offering an introductory discounted price of $225 per session. If you would like to purchase a package of 10 visits, that price is reduced to $200 per visit! Remember, you can also submit a detailed bill to your insurance to get reimbursed for a portion of that fee, depending on your out-of-network benefits. Best of all, we bring our expertise directly to you.

Do you accept insurance?

At TJC Concierge, we are an out-of-network solution, which means we do not accept assignments from insurance companies. However, we understand the importance of maximizing your healthcare benefits, so we provide you with a detailed Superbill after each session. This can be submitted directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network coverage. We’re happy to assist you with this process to ensure you get the most from your insurance benefits.

Do you accept Medicare patients?

TJC Concierge operates independently from Medicare, meaning we do not have any contracts or affiliations with the program. While some Medicare Advantage plans may offer out-of-network benefits, traditional Medicare Part B, as well as Medicare Secondary and Supplemental plans, do not allow for reimbursement of our services. As a result, we do not bill Medicare, and clients are unable to submit claims for reimbursement under these plans. If you’re a Medicare patient, any of our 18 Jackson Clinic locations in Northern Virginia would be happy to treat you!
