Mack graduated from Tufts University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in December 2023. He completed his undergraduate work at Trinity College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in May 2020, he then completed his Master of Science in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology with a concentration in human performance in December 2021 at the University of Florida. Mack has been a member of the APTA and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since 2021.
Interests include orthopedic injuries and post-operative rehabilitation, in addition to working with athletes ranging from youth throughout adulthood. His interest in Physical Therapy began in college after having surgery on his shoulder. Mack gained his background in sports performance, movement optimization, and lifting mechanics while working with his college strength coach. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, allowing him to work with athletes of all ages to improve their on-field performance while incorporating injury prevention techniques. He has experience working with patients and many athletes for PT-related services, injury prevention, sports performance, and returning to sport following concussions.
Mack was a D3 baseball player while attending Trinity College. He enjoys Olympic Weightlifting, Spartan Obstacle Course races, golfing, and hiking. He likes listening to many different genres of music, but prefers country music. Mack grew up just North of New York City and roots for the Yankees, Giants, and Rangers.
