Education:

Cristina graduated from Ithaca College with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021. She completed her undergraduate work at Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Clinical Health Studies and Minor of Psychology in 2019. She has completed multiple pelvic health courses through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute. Cristina has also been a member of the APTA since 2020.

Professional Role & Specialties:

With advanced training as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Cristina is passionate about supporting patients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. She especially enjoys working with active women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, including pelvic pain, incontinence, and sexual dysfunction. Her treatment approach is holistic and individualized. By integrating evidence-based orthopedic expertise with pelvic floor rehabilitation, she helps patients build strength, restore function, and feel confident returning to the activities they love. She also has experience in treating a variety of orthopedic conditions including athletic injuries, overuse injuries, and post-operative care.

Fun Facts:

Cristina is originally from Stamford, CT and comes from a large Italian family. She played competitive soccer throughout high school and college. She is a huge fan of the US Women’s National Soccer Team. In her free time she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
