Education:

Phil earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University in 2012 after completing his undergraduate degree in Exercise Sports Science with a minor in Psychology at the University of Tulsa in 2009. Committed to advancing his expertise, he obtained a specialty certification in Vestibular Therapy and Rehabilitation in 2012. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), including its Orthopedic and Neurology Sections and the Vestibular/Dizziness Special Interest Group.

Professional Role & Specialties:

As a Board-Certified Orthopedic and Vestibular Specialist for TJC Concierge, Phil provides expert, one-on-one care to patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and vestibular disorders. He has worked closely with top orthopedic surgeons, including those from the Steadman-Hawkins Clinic, treating a diverse patient population ranging from high school athletes to geriatric patients.

Phil is especially passionate about vestibular rehabilitation, helping individuals suffering from vertigo, dizziness, imbalance, and other vestibular disorders regain stability and confidence. He has extensive experience treating conditions such as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV), unilateral and bilateral vestibular loss, Meniere’s disease, and central nervous system disorders. His expertise allows him to deliver concierge-level care in the patient’s home, workplace, or preferred setting, ensuring a personalized rehabilitation experience.

Fun Facts:

A lifelong basketball enthusiast, Phil has played competitively since age 9 and has won numerous intramural championships throughout his academic career—including one on Coach K Court at Cameron Indoor Arena. A die-hard Duke Blue Devils and Tulsa Golden Hurricane fan, he can often be found shooting hoops at the local park, working out, or enjoying a great game on TV.
