Dr. Rob Sigler earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2011 and completed an Orthopedic Residency Program in 2012, becoming a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Direct Access Provider. Further advancing his expertise, he completed a Foot & Ankle Fellowship in 2018-2019, giving him a comprehensive understanding of lower extremity biomechanics, running mechanics, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
A dedicated educator and mentor, Rob plays an active role in TJC’s residency and fellowship programs, sharing his expertise with the next generation of physical therapists. He is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS), ensuring he stays at the forefront of advancements in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
As the Running Specialist for TJC Concierge, Dr. Sigler is passionate about helping runners of all levels improve performance, prevent injuries, and recover from lower extremity conditions. His background in 3D motion capture technology for running analysis allows him to identify movement inefficiencies and tailor rehabilitation and performance programs to each runner’s unique needs.
With his Foot & Ankle Fellowship training, he specializes in orthopedic foot surgeries, neural pathologies, custom orthotic prescription, and lower extremity injury prevention. He is also certified in trigger point dry needling, which he integrates into treatment plans to enhance recovery and optimize movement.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Rob is committed to global outreach, having provided physical therapy services in Ethiopia and Kenya, and continues to support these international programs.
A lifelong athlete, Dr. Rob has competed in multiple sports—from soccer to gymnastics—throughout college. Originally from Colorado, he is a passionate Denver Broncos fan and enjoys staying active through running, hiking, and fitness.
